Gurpreet Chana “The Tabla Guy” hosts Salon 21 in Scarborough

We’re taking Salon 21 out of the Gardiner Museum and into the neighborhoods new to Soundstreams – and we need your help to make it happen.

Every $500 donated on Giving Tuesday brings an artist to a City of Toronto identified “Neighbourhood Improvement Area” to engage with the community in one of our popular Salon 21 participation and performance events.

Working with the Toronto Public Library, in the Spring of 2017 we’re bringing improvisers to Thornecliffe, digital remixers to Don Mills and instrumentalists to Fairview, creating music and new friendships in Toronto’s most diverse communities.
